Letter to Petitioners
Dear 2022 petitioner,
You may have helped state or local ballot issues before. Now is the time to support 2022’s Petition Rights Amendment. PRA reforms and solves all the petition hurdles we face.
PRA secures the right to petition all local governments in Colorado.
PRA allows all but 10 yearly emergency laws to have a possible petition. With 600+ state bills yearly, we have endured 35,000 non-stop lies since 1933. A miracle petition finally let us vote on ONE bill in 2020—once in 88 years. That’s a disgrace!
PRA allows one year to get state entries (now six months). It resets the goal to 120,000; in 2018, it zoomed from 98,500 to 125,000 (190,000 before review). Petitions, voted on one day each year, will be protected from post-election repeal by politicians. Each entry is separate; no more rigged samples pre-selected by government for total failure.
PRA modernizes the process. Websites will be printed on ballots, not buried by special interest radio and TV ads. Petitioner and opponent views will be sent directly to voters, not intercepted and twisted in lawyer pamphlets written in legalese.
Collectors can receive $1 per valid entry for 300+ completed, notarized entries; no tax withholding. Or give it to your favorite charity. Obey all rules; fraud will be prosecuted. Be one of the Nifty Fifty, ready and steady. Get paid to defend your right to petition!
Visit PetitionRights.com. Read the text, email your questions, and sign up now. Absent a court delay, our petition drive will begin in the fall of 2021. Hope to hear from you soon.
